How to Measure
1. Band Size (Under Bust): Using a soft measuring tape, measure snugly around your rib cage, just under your bust. Make sure the tape is level all around. Round this measurement to the nearest whole number (in inches). This will give you your band size, which could be 34, 36, 38, etc.
2. Bust Size (Over Bust): Next, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape level and make sure it’s not too tight. The difference between this measurement and your band size determines your cup size:
- If your bust measurement is 1 inch larger than your band size, you are a B cup.
- If your bust measurement is 2 inches larger than your band size, you are a C cup.
- If your bust measurement is 3 inches larger than your band size, you are a D cup.
For example, if your band size is 36 inches and your bust measurement is 39 inches, you would wear a 36C. Use the chart above to find your specific size.
