Refund policy

At Shape and Elegance, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your bra, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns and Exchanges

  • Fit Issues: We understand that finding the perfect fit can sometimes be tricky. If your bra doesn’t fit as expected, you can return or exchange it for another size or style.
  • Unworn Items: We accept returns on bras that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (with all tags and packaging intact) within 7 days of purchase.
  • Worn Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on bras that have been worn or washed unless they are faulty. We recommend trying on your bra over clean clothing when first testing for fit.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If the bra meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.
  • Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping: Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at shapenelegance@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange a free return and replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or style, we offer free exchanges on unworn items. Simply contact us at shapenelegance@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that return shipping for exchanges is also at the customer’s expense.

5. How to Return an Item

To return or exchange a bra, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at shapenelegance@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return or exchange.

6. Final Sale Items

Please note that sale or clearance items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty.
